Included with every rental you get:

- Use of the entire venue, to decorate as you need, for the duration of your party. Did I happen to mention the lights are dimmable on two separate switches. One for each area of the venue.

-Two TVs for displays or to watch.

-Large speaker for music, announcing, or to do some karaoke!

-Two bathrooms

-A kitchenette (with a fridge and freezer, no stove).

-Access to all 26 tables (13 round - 5ft (60”), 13 rectangle- 8ft (96”x30”)), and all chairs.

-Any and all utensils that are in the kitchenette (just make sure everything is washed and put back where it belongs)

-Coffee maker (you just need to bring your own K-Cups or coffee. There will be filters provided.)

- A highchair!

You are more than welcome to bring/cater in your own food. There is not a stove so it will need to be cooked beforehand. There is plenty of counter space and outlets for food warmers and crock pots. We also have a book of restaurants and local bakeries to help with all your catering needs!

The client is responsible for all alcohol consumed at the event. All alcohol, EXCEPT hard liquor, is allowed in the facility. Absolutely no exceptions. Beer, wine, and seltzers are allowed. Open alcoholic beverages are not to leave the facility

Only tape allowed to fasten anything to the walls and ceilings. Decor on the front door, door frames, windows/window frames or light fixtures are not permitted. Nails, tacks, or any other adhesives are not permitted. No rice, glitter, bubble machines/bubbles, or bird seed allowed inside the facility.‍ ‍

For an extra fee, We offer:

-White table linens for both round and rectangle tables.

-Royal Blue round table linens.

-Royal Blue table runners.

-A 7.2 ft and 6 ft backdrop with several different color covers (If we don’t have the color you need we will order it).

-Black or white happy birthday signs for the backdrop, Congrats grad, sign also for backdrop.

-I can also order any colors of any decor you need.
